Non-Executive Director - Dominic Arthur
Dominic joined the GPA as a Non-Executive Director in September 2026 and chairs the agency’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee as part of his role.
Dominic joined the GPA as a Non-Executive Director (NED) in September 2026.
As part of his role as a NED, Dominic chairs the GPA’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Dominic is also currently a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) where he leads the Synergy Programme.
Prior to his position at DWP, Dominic worked at Director level at the Cabinet Office’s recruitment and pensions teams, before joining the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office where he worked as a COO.
Dominic is also a NED at the Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, alongside his roles as Executive Chair at a local Scouts group and Governor at Henry Tyndale School in Farnborough.
